Return Policies
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for defective, unused, or damaged items during shipping. If your device malfunctions, we will certainly do our best to resolve the issue. We typically request photos of the defective/damaged product to forward to our product team (for shipping damage, photos of the packaging also help us coordinate with our logistics partners and delivery teams). We do not accept returns of fully functional used devices. Please ensure all devices are returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Online purchases can only be returned by mail.
